Content, images and product information must be provided by the client. Prices are build-only starting points; every paid item is confirmed in a written quotation.
READ BEFORE YOU ORDER
We define page counts, editability, launch requirements and additional charges before you approve the quote.
A counted page is a separately designed information page such as About or Contact. Starter is one long page with six sections, not six pages. Business Plus blog articles use a reusable template; its three launch posts do not use the ten-page allowance. Store product/category templates and individual products do not use the five information-page allowance.
Standard means a completed website with agreed files, but content changes may require technical help. Self-managed adds a content dashboard for editing supported text, images and services without code. Business Plus adds blog publishing; Online Store adds product, price and order controls. Major redesigns are never one-click edits.
Once the project is paid in full, we provide the agreed website files, admin credentials where applicable, platform/dependency notes and reasonable transfer guidance. You may host with another compatible provider. Third-party licences and subscriptions retain their own terms.
A revision round is one consolidated list of changes to the approved scope—not a new design, extra pages or functionality. Supply final wording, images, logo, product data and any legally required policies before build. Writing, photography and legal drafting are separate services.
Domain registration/renewal, hosting, mailbox subscriptions, premium software, payment-provider fees, courier services, data migration, extra pages or products, custom integrations, advanced booking engines, ongoing maintenance and applicable taxes (if any). If your hosting includes an SSL certificate, we won't charge for it twice. The written quotation itemises what you need.
FLEXIBLE PAYMENT
We only request payment after we've agreed the requirements and you've approved the formal written quotation.
A 50% deposit can be arranged after you approve the completed quote. The balance is due before final handover or launch, as agreed in writing.

For an R8,900 build: one payment of R8,900All estimates are submitted by email or WhatsApp for our review. There is no online payment link for estimates. Payment instructions are arranged individually only after approval of the complete written quote.
OPTIONAL AFTERCARE
You can run your site independently or ask us to support it. These are optional monthly plans, separate from website design fees.
One monthly review of up to 5 key URLs and enquiry links, a backup-status check and email summary. No content edits included.
Essential checks plus routine compatible platform-update review and up to 30 minutes of edits to existing content each month.
Business Care tasks with a total 2-hour monthly edit allowance (instead of 30 minutes) and a 10-URL review.
