HOW THE ALLOWANCE WORKS
Clear boundaries
A minor edit changes existing content; a new page, redesign, new feature or integration is separately quoted. Unused minutes do not roll over. This is scheduled support, not 24/7 monitoring or an emergency-response guarantee. Hosting, domain renewals, paid plugins, fresh backup storage, malware recovery and large technical repairs are additional. Online-store maintenance and websites we did not build require a compatibility review and tailored quote.
These prices and deliverables are proposed starting scopes for compatible business sites. We provide a written support agreement identifying the platform, tasks, response arrangements and any exclusions before the first monthly charge.
